Running a cricket club in rural France is a challenging and sometimes expensive activity. Many of our players are refugees hoping to be granted settled status in France but whilst they wait for confirmation that they can stay in France legally they are not allowed to work to earn a living and afford even the luxury of playing cricket! By becoming a Catus CC Supporter Member you will be helping to provide bursaries to pay registration fees for players who are unable to work; match day travel expenses for players who are unable to work: for cricket gear and equipment for players who don’t have their own and towards our ground upkeep and maintenance.
