Catus CC are the 2023 ACCSO League Champions!

A stunning, one handed catch on the boundary by Ikram was the turning point in what turned out to be a title winning victory for Catus over fellow title contenders, St Aulaye. At 114 for three in the 15th over St Aulaye looked set to post a more challenging total than the 139 all out reached in the 23rd. With three wickets apiece, Atiq and Waheed were the pick of the Catus bowling attack.
In reply, Waheed scored an aggressive 62 and Saqib scored a handy 36 to ensure a comfortable win by four wickets after just 17 overs. Congratulations to all involved!

Catus. Sunday is cricket day at Lac Vert.
Catus is in a France South-West pool comprising four other teams: Damazan, Eymet, Toulouse Wolves and Toulouse Bears.

This sport, with complicated rules, but very aesthetic, is made of strategy and skill.

Sport of integration, we can see there alongside the British, many players from the former British colonies (Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, etc.)
